1. Services

ParasMoney Partner provides insurance advice and distribution, tax/GST/registration support, digital services and online education. The scope, timeline and fee for any service are communicated before the work begins.

2. Government fees and third parties

Government fees, stamp duty, insurance premium and the certifying authority's charges are separate from our professional fee. The final decision on registration, approval, loan or claim rests with the concerned department, bank or insurance company.

3. Customer's responsibility

The information and documents provided must be correct and complete. The customer will be responsible for any delay or loss caused by incorrect information.

4. Courses and digital products

Course login, notes PDFs and software licenses are for personal use. Copying, sharing or reselling them is prohibited. Name, mobile and email are required for every payment.

5. Refund

Refund for a service that has not started is decided through discussion. Refunds are generally not given after digital products (PDF, login, software key) are delivered.

6. Intellectual property

The content, design, notes and software of this website belong to ParasMoney Partner.

7. Jurisdiction

Any dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bhagalpur, Bihar.
